From Long Beach/Los Angeles:

San Diego Freeway (405) or Garden Grove Freeway (22) south to Seal Beach Boulevard off ramp; go north (right) on Seal Beach Boulevard; left on St. Cloud for approximately half a block; turn north (right) into Farmers & Merchants Bank parking lot - parking lot is just north and west of the bank building.
